Review: Korres Quercetin and Oak Concealer

When I'm in a hurry, sometimes I just throw on a bit of eyeliner, mascara, concealer, and powder. The concealer is an essential part of the application, as it can be used to give my skin a more even appearance. I have several areas of redness on my fair skin, so if I have to use just one concealer, I need one with a slight yellow tint. Enter Korres Quercetin and Oak Antiageing Concealer, in light.

Pros:

• Four different shades
• Creamy consistency
• A little goes a long way
• Gentle ingredients
• Minimal settling
  

Cons:

• Only one shade per pot

Summary:
If I were to choose just one color for a concealer, the light shade comes quite close. While my first choice is to use a duo with a yellow shade and a peach shade for the cleanest under-eye circle coverage, this shade worked well on blemishes and redness. It had a creamy consistency but doesn't settle into fine lines as readily as most concealers. It currently comes in four shades (fair to tan), all of which rate a low 1 on the EWG Skin Deep database. I would love to see this reformulated to vegan, and perhaps a peach shade added to the lineup. Otherwise, it's a great concealer with a fantastic consistency.
