Review: Earth Therapeutics Nail and Cuticle Care Conditioner

If you have weak or dry nails, it could be due to a variety of factors, from nail polish to an imbalanced diet. However, you may still want to consider a specialty treatment to pamper your nails. Earth Therapeutics offers a moisturizing Nail and Cuticle Care Conditioner that smells great and doubles and a hand cream.

Pros:
  • Affordable
  • Line carried in retail stores
  • Pleasant citrus scent
  • Many organic ingredients
  • Also works as a hand cream
Cons:
  • Could be more gentle
Summary:
I love how this moisturizing cream smells fruity and can be applied over regular nail color. It comes in a generous size for the price and doubles as a hand cream (I recommend using it overnight). The texture is fairly light and it absorbs quickly. I was glad to see that is has been reformulate to remove the parabens. While the old formula rated a high 8 on EWG's Skin Deep scale, the current formula rates a moderate 6. This is mainly due to Vitamin A, but it is still an improvement on the previous formula. I am glad that this is a vegan cream that uses several organic ingredients. However, I'd love to see it made even more gentle.

Also available on Amazon.com.  Note: The ingredients on this page are outdated; the product no longer contains parabens.
