List of Natural Companies Who Offer Makeup Artist Professional Discounts

For more information on professional discounts, see Ask Kaylin: Makeup Artist Discounts.  This page is a resource listing natural cosmetic and beauty product discounts for professionals, such as makeup artists (MUAs), estheticians, models, actors and/or actresses.  Companies are listed alphabetically.  Please feel free to bookmark this page, as this list will be updated frequently.

Discount Program: Professional Account
Discount Details: Makeup artists and estheticians receive 20% off.
Requirements: Business license and resellers tax permit ID.

Company: Dr. Hauschka
Discount Program: Makeup Artist Discount
Discount Details: Unknown discount.
Requirements: Application form including list of projects where Dr. Hauschka products have been used, IMDB page, etc..

Company: Jane Iredale
Discount Program: Makeup Artist Partner Policy
Discount Details:  Makeup artists can purchase testers of retail products for professional use at approximately 70% off retail.
Requirements: A valid esthetician or cosmetology license OR a resume detailing your makeup application experience OR current Call Sheet, or Cast and Crew List (for television/film projects).  Also requires a letter or intent regarding use of products for professional use and a promise not to resell.

Company: Korres USA
Discount Program: Preferred PROgram
Discount Details: Any eligible professional who meets the requirements will receive 30% off color and 20% off non-color products.
Requirements: Must provide two of the following: Composite Card, Portfolio with name credit, Business Card, Valid Union Card, Head Shot, Professional License/Diploma (Aesthetician, Hairstylist, Cosmetology), Publication Masthead, Program/Press materials with name credit, Contract on production company letterhead, Crew/Call list on production company letterhead, Professional letter of reference company letterhead.

Discount Program: Obsessive Compulsive Discount (OCD) Program
Discount Details: Makeup artists, hair stylists, nail technicians, models, photographers and other industry professionals are entitled to a 20% discount on all OCC Cosmetic Products purchased for professional use, except for airbrush systems and equipment.
Requirements: A website or online portfolio, a scan of your comp card, a tear sheet (with printed name credit), professional license or diploma or union card. Students can submit proof of enrollment to qualify as well.

Company: Tarte Cosmetics
Discount Program: Tarte Pro Program
Discount Details: Makeup artists receive 40% off and models receive 20% off.  Discount is given as a code valid once per month (at a date of your choosing).
Requirements: Business license and resellers tax permit ID.

Company: Terra Firma Cosmetics
Discount Program: Makeup Artist Discount
Discount Details: Makeup artists receive 25% off.
Requirements: Website, license (if applicable), and possibly other proof upon request.
