Review: Good for You Girls Body Wash

Not so long ago, I was a teenager begging my mother to let me buy cruelty-free alternatives to conventional makeup and beauty products. If you find yourself on the receiving end of such a request, check out a company called Good For You Girls, who offers vegan, mostly organic products for young women. Below, find out what I think of the Good For You Girls Body Wash.

Pros:
  • Pleasant citrus scent
  • Forms a nice lather
  • Contains many organic ingredients
  • Affordable
  • Available in many retail stores
Cons:
  • Consistency is thinner than a gel
Summary:
Good For You Girls Body Wash comes in a nice citrusy scent that leaves a gentle hint of fragrance but won't clash with other perfumes. Although you may need to use more product than you would with a shower gel, the wash still has a good consistency and lathers well. I love the gentle ingredients, many of which are organic. Moderately priced at $10.99, I feel this is a good value for the money. However, it's worth checking their store locator, as those in many states can save on shipping by buying locally.
