Review: Supergoop! SPF 30+ Everyday UV Lotion, Spray and Swipes

When it comes to sunscreen, it's best not to skimp on protection. Dermatologists recommend wearing broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher each day.Whether you want a spray, lotion, or a wipe, Supergoop! had got you covered.

Pros:
  • Absorbs quickly
  • Easy to apply
  • Water resistant
  • High SPF provides good everyday protection
  • Paraben, fragrance, and oxybenzone free
  • Non-greasy
  • Provides broad spectrum (UVA/UVB) protection
Cons:
  • Has a bit of the "sunscreen smell"
Summary:

Supergoop! offers an array of options for everyday sun protection. The spray and the lotion were very similar, especially as the spray came out as more of a squirt. I tended to prefer the application of the lotion, but noticed almost no difference once the products had been absorbed. The swipes, on the other hand, are much lighter in terms of coverage. I was a little unsure whether or not I had covered all the important spots.

My favorite product is probably the Everyday Lotion, as it is similar to sunscreen products I've been using for years (minus many of the harsh chemicals). If you're looking for a good vegan sunscreen and don't mind a light "sunscreen smell," then this may be a good option for you.

Availability Note: The spray appears to no longer be available on the Supergoop! site, but it can be found along with the more current products such as the lotion and the swipes on sites such as Amazon.com.
