Review: Monave Lip Glaze

Lip color can make or break a look. Sometimes, even a perfect eye makeup application won't work without the right lip color. Even vegans can finish off looks with a selection of pretty glosses, if you know where to find them. Monave offers a line of glosses: the vegan lip glaze.

Pros:
  • Smooth application
  • Wide color selection
  • Glossy, not gloopy
  • Yummy scent
  • Matte, not shiny
  • Available in sample sizes
Cons:
  • May be hard to find in stores
Summary:
This lip glaze is a great texture; it is smooth and provides a sheer glaze of color, as the name suggests. It is shiny without being too glittery and comes in a wide range of colors. The ingredients are fairly gentle; this rates a low 1 on the EWG Skin Deep database. I love how Monave offers mini glazes so you can try multiple shades without making a large investment. Monave has a small selection of retail locations, but it may be hard to find one near you, so I recommend ordering online. If you're looking for a vegan gloss, Monave has a quality option in several colors, and they make it easy for you to find your perfect match.
