Review: Greenbody Greenplanet Energy Shampoo and Conditioner

Many hair products claim to add volume to hair, but I've never seen a real difference from a shampoo or a conditioner.  That is, until I tried Greenbody Greenplanet's Energy shampoo and conditioner.  I have very long and thick hair, so I was quite surprised to see that my hair had gained volume near the roots without the aid of other styling products.

Pros:
  • Helped add body to my long, thick
  • Shampoo lathers well
  • Shampoo removed oil well
  • Conditioner left hair soft
  • Available in a pleasant essential oil fragrance or an unscented version
  • Many organic ingredients
Cons:
  • Takes a little extra time to properly use the products
Summary:
Greenbody Greenplanet's Energy shampoo and conditioner is an effective set of products for fine hair.  I found the scents to be pleasant, though they also come in unscented versions.  The application process requires a few minutes longer than some other products (minimum 4-5 minutes total for the two products if used as directed).  However, I believe this is part of the reason why it succeeded in adding volume where other products had failed.  If I were to change one thing, I would like to see more detangling in the conditioner. I also found that it is a little expensive and may not be found in a local retailer, but is very pure and effective.
