Review: Lunaroma Soft Smooth Shave

When I moved to drier climates, I found that shaving cream became essential to getting a perfect shave. There aren't nearly as many natural shaving creams on the market as there are shampoos, especially when it comes to feminine scents. Lunaroma offers a Lavender Chamomile shaving lotion that is a treat for the senses.

Pros:
  • Pleasant lavender fragrance
  • Many organic ingredients
  • Gentle formula
  • Leaves skin soft and smooth
  • Helps achieve a closer shave
Cons:
  • May be hard to find in stores
Summary:
This shaving cream has a consistency between a shampoo and a conditioner. It smells wonderful and gets a bit bubbly, but doesn't create a big frothy later. I found it left my legs smooth and soft after shaving. I was glad to see that it rates a low 1 on EWG's Skin Deep database. While it is more expensive than other shaving creams, it is a bit of a splurge that can be a fun gift or treat. I don't go through shaving creams very quickly, and you don't need a lot of this to be effective. If you're looking for a way to get a smooth shave and enjoy lavender scents, this is a nice option.
