Review: E.L.F. Cosmetics Mineral Lip Liner

I didn't get much into lip liners until I started doing makeup professionally. I didn't realize many people wore lip liner almost invisibly, using natural shades to create a more defined lip shape. I fell in love with a wind-up lip liner, but it was much too expensive for regular use. When I went looking for an affordable vegan alternative, I was delighted to discover the E.L.F.
