Review: Bionee Revitalizing Face Cream

As any mother knows, pregnancy can drastically change a woman's complexion. If you find an increase in acne during pregnancy, look for non-greasy moisturizers to help soothe the skin. Bionee specializes in organic maternity skincare, offering products such as this Revitalizing Face Cream.

Pros:
  • Light, pleasant fragrance
  • Leaves skin satiny smooth (non-greasy)
  • Can be worn under makeup
  • Nice, lightweight moisturizer
  • Formulated without synthetic ingredients and parabens
  • Mostly organic ingredients
Cons:
  • Moderately priced around $30
Summary:

This Revitalizing Face Cream is a nice lightweight moisturizer that absorbs quickly. With over 80% organic ingredients, the $30 price tag is justifiable. The fragrance and texture are similar to department store skincare items, making this a good choice for those looking to transition to natural products. However, the fragrance is fairly strong; this is not an unscented product by any means. My main suggestion for improvement would be to  create a vegan version (made without the honey).
