Review: Ren Multi-Tasking After Shave Balm

Even if your boyfriend would rather not accompany you to your local Sephora, that doesn't mean his skin doesn't need a little TLC.  Many men have sensitive skin which is easily agitated due to shaving.  I had friend put Ren's Multi-Tasking After Shave Balm to the test to see if mens' moisturizers really can make a difference.

Pros:
  • Reduced irritation - Redness and sensitivity from shaving cleared up overnight with cream
  • Long-lasting effects - The tester reported a noticeable lack of swelling, redness, and dry skin the entire day after shaving, which he usually experiences due to his sensitive skin
  • Creamy texture - The balm was easily applied and left the tester with smooth, clear skin
Cons:
  • A little expensive for the average man - At $45, this would make a nice gift for a special man in your life.  Consider ordering online for the best selection.
Summary:
The after-shave balm works as promised and is a welcome addition to my tester's shaving routine.  The tester found it worked well after shaving with an electric razor, rinsing his face, patting it dry, and then applying the balm.  I'd love to see a travel set of the shaving oil and balm, as it seems like a great gift.
