Review: Awaken My Senses Organic Moisturizer and Toner for Sensitive Skin

My mother has had sensitive skin for as long as I can remember. She was incredibly loyal to certain fragrance-free skin care products and cosmetics that she knew were safe for her skin. We have many more options today than we did when I was little, including fantastic organic products made fresh to order. Awaken My Senses offers one of the safest and most pure sensitive skin care lines on the market.

Pros:
  • Toner is non-drying
  • Moisturizer hydrates without feeling greasy
  • Easy to apply
  • Organic formulations and gentle ingredients
  • Light, pleasant fragrances
  • Suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin
  • Safe for pregnant women
Cons:
  • Products are a bit of an investment
Summary:
Awaken My Senses makes a great duo for those with sensitive skin or for any who want simple, gentle products. They can calm skin and effectively tone and moisturize. I love their commitment to sustainability, such as the conscious choice not to box their products. The products are more expensive than what you'd find in a drugstore, but I feel the price is an accurate reflection of the high-quality ingredients and freshness. Also, each bottle will last a long time. My biggest suggestion is to get this Canadian company in more U.S. stores, as I would love to be able to buy this locally in the U.S. However, Canadian residents will find many retail options throughout the country to purchase this brand.
